How much
will my website cost? It's
possible to start with a simple one-page site introducing
your business for as little as $200. I include meta
tags as part of my work to help your site be found
by search engines. It's great to have a glam website,
but if the search engine godessses can't find you,
it's of little worth. If you opt to add more text,
content, pages and a more graphic-intense interactive
capability to your basic site, the rate for a small
site will typically come closer to $450 to $500+
at completion. Larger sites will cost more depending
on the depth of the site, graphics, JavaScript,
animation, forms, mp3's and special effects. There
is NO MONTHLY CHARGE to Piñata Sky after
your site is created and online, you'll only be
billed for consultation or updates when and if you
need them. Your new site is manually submitted to
at least three major search engines, free as a part
of my service.

Each site is hand made to meet your professional
and personal needs. Most sites are complete and ready for
upload in 7 - 21 days.
Getting started. You'll
need a domain
name and a web
host . These are two steps that you'll
be making separate from our work at Piñata Sky, but
I can help you locate resources for each. To search through
a plethora of web hosting possibilities (I tend to rely
on Linux or Unix platforms with CPanels) try this link at
findmyhosting.com.
There are lots of places to shop for your name. I've found
www.GoDaddy.com
to be an easy and affordable resource to set up your domain
name service.

Whether
you're having a site makeover or starting from scratch, you'll
be able view your work-in-progress via a private
login known
only to you. You decide whether this area should be password
protected, or if you want it open so that friends and family
can watch the progress unfold. This gives you the privacy
to see design proposals quickly and from the convenience of
your home, office, or laptop - with your own backstage ticket
to watch as your new site comes to life.
Payment options. I accept
payments via business check, money order and credit card payments
through PayPal. PayPal no longer requires a personal PayPal
account in order to to use their services. If you do not currently
have a PayPal account, you can now remit payments using your
credit card like any other secure online purchase.
